We offer an array of services, all free and confidential, tailored to provide the comprehensive assistance our clients need. From pregnancy tests to pregnancy counseling and material assistance, we’re here to help guide men and women through their journeys, every step of the way.
Pregnancy Tests
For many women, pregnancy testing is the first moment of clarity in an overwhelming situation. At our center, we offer free, lab-quality pregnancy tests so clients can take their next step feeling informed and supported.
Ultrasounds
For clients who receive a positive pregnancy test, an ultrasound can provide important clarity. We offer limited obstetrical ultrasounds to confirm the pregnancy and help determine how far along the client is in the pregnancy.
Abortion Pill Reversal
Some women who take the abortion pill regret their decision. Thankfully, there is a process known as abortion pill reversal, in which progesterone may be administered in an effort to support the continuation of a pregnancy after the first dose of mifepristone. Clients who inquire are provided with information about this process and are encouraged to contact the Abortion Pill Reversal 24/7 Helpline to speak with a trained representative and, if appropriate, be connected with a provider who can discuss next steps.

Support Groups
We offer various groups to help clients work through their current situation, whether it involves pregnancy, miscarriage, or abortion. No matter what emotions they are working through, our incredible team of volunteers makes sure they can connect with a group that offers a safe place to process and heal.
Nurse Consultations
After a positive pregnancy test, we offer clients an opportunity to sit down with a nurse to discuss their needs. During the consultation, the client will receive information and answers to any questions they may have.
Community Assistance Referrals
Many clients need more than pregnancy-related support. We partner with trusted local organizations to connect families with additional community and financial resources.
Parenting Classes
Our parenting classes equip expecting and new parents with foundational knowledge and practical skills, covering topics like pregnancy, childbirth, and child development.
Prenatal Classes
Our prenatal classes are designed to support expecting parents with essential knowledge and confidence as they prepare for childbirth and early parenthood. These classes cover key topics such as pregnancy health, labor and delivery education, comfort techniques, and newborn care basics.
Material Assistance
Welcoming a new baby often comes with practical needs. We offer material support such as diapers and bottles to help ease the transition into parenthood. While completing educational lessons, clients can earn “baby bucks” to spend at our baby boutique for essential items during their pregnancy.
Adoption Referrals
Considering adoption can feel overwhelming. We provide educational resources and referrals to reputable adoption agencies, helping clients understand their options and next steps.
